Arms Monsters are servants of Kiva, each the last of his kind. Composed of Garulu of the Wolfen Race, Basshaa of the Merman Race, and Dogga of the Franken Race, they support Kiva by turning into the weapons that allow Kiva to change form. They are absorbed into Beetle Fangire's breast plate and shoulder armor when they question their new king's intentions of removing the human/Fangire coexistence law. In addition to these alternate versions of the Arms Monsters, the original versions appear in the timeline within the World of Den-O in The Onigashima Warship, where the wayward Urataros, Kintaros, and Ryutaros hide within Jiro, Riki, and Ramon, respectively until they can be rescued.

Garulu Saber

• Demon-Beast Sword Garulu Saber is a weapon that Garulu assumes for Kiva to change into Garulu Form. Though in a statuette form when summoned, the Garulu Saber assumes a Kris form once in Kiva's hand. One of its abilities is to fire a shockwave named Howling Shock from the hilt. The Garulu Saber can be use for the finishing attack Garulu Howling Slash.
• This is done by first having Kivat perform a Garulu Bite on the blade of the Garulu Saber after which Kiva holsters, by way of "biting", the weapon in his mouth as he charges at the Fangire, jumping in the air to slash the Fangire into two as he lands in front of it.

• Demon Sea Gun Basshaa Magnum is a gun-like weapon that Basshaa assumes for Kiva to change into Basshaa Form. The Basshaa Magnum's turbine spins to generate bullets made of high pressure water. The finishing attack is Basshaa Aqua Tornado.
• This is done by first having Kivat perform a Basshaa Bite on the hammer of the Basshaa Magnum. From there, the gun's turbines spin, surrounding Kiva with water as the weapon creates a pressurized ball of water that can home on to enemies upon firing, leaving the Fangire in an extremely fragile state where even the slightest touch can shatter them.

• The Demon Iron Hammer Dogga Hammer is a fist-like war hammer that Dogga assumes for Kiva to change into Dogga Form. The finishing attack is the Dogga Thunder Slap, before which Kivat must perform a Dogga Bite on the shaft of the hammer.
• The ball of the hammer opens up like a hand to reveal the True Eye in the palm, which can pinpoint a Fangire's exact location or release a shockwave that weakens the opponent Fangire's glass skin, rendering it immobile.
• Then the head of the hammer produces a giant energy duplicate of itself called the Phantom Hand, which follows Kiva's swings and crushes the enemy with massive collateral damage.

Kohtaro Minami (A.R. World)

Kohtaro Minami is the original Kohtaro Minami's first incarnation from Kamen Rider Decade. He is a man who fights the Crisis Empire as Kamen Rider Black RX able to become either Robo Rider, or Bio Rider. However, with Dai-Shocker appearing in his world, he finds himself.

Nobuhiko Tsukikage (A.R.World)

Nobuhiko Tsukikage, also known as Shadow Moon, was an alternate reality version of the original Shadow Moon of Kamen Rider BLACK. Unlike the original Nobuhiko, this Shadow Moon had no known relation to the alternate reality Minami Kotaro. Nobuhiko was a butler who took care of Sayo.

Tsukasa Kadoya's sister and convinced her to become High Priestess Bishium as part of his plan to take over Great Shocker. Once Tsukasa was ousted as leader, Nobuhiko took over the organization, calling himself the Creation King. After the return of all the Riders, Nobuhiko, as Shadow Moon stepped in to fight Kamen Riders Decade and Kuuga Rising Ultimate personally. Thanks to the intervention of a passing-through Kamen Rider Double, Shadow Moon was slammed into a wall of the Great Shocker tower, before being defeated by an All-Rider-Kick.

Kohtaro Minami (A.R. World 2)

Kohtaro Minami is the original Kohtaro Minami's secondary incarnation from Kamen Rider Decade. He fights the Gorgom as Kamen Rider Black. Unlike his counterpart in the World of Black RX, he is warned of Decade and initially sees him as an enemy. It is not until the interference of Dai-Shocker does he finally consider Decade as an ally, revealing that he has been fighting Dai-Shocker with the aid of Joe the Haze.

When Tsukasa makes it back to World of Black RX, he uses his Kamen Rider Black card to summon this Kohtaro (in person, and not as a manifestation). Kohtaro and his counterpart battle side by side. In Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker, unlike most other A.R. World riders, this A.R. World version of Kohtaro had an active appearance, fighting as Kamen Rider Black, while the original Kohtaro Minami appeared as Kamen Rider Black RX. Joining the Rider tournament that was supposed to stop the fusion of worlds, he made it to the finals, fighting alongside Kamen Rider Super-1 and Kamen Rider V3.

• Although this version of Kohtaro Minami and his A.R. World aren't specifically referenced after Decade, from the point of the introduction of this character, the concept of a Kohtaro Minami who never became Black RX existing alongside Black RX proper became a recurring part of the franchise.
• Many crossover movies started featuring Kamen Rider Black and Kamen Rider Black RX as independent, unique, individuals, without giving any specific explanations of their own for it, even while official material and even the movies themselves in some cases continue referencing both Riders as Kohtaro Minami.

Techniques:

• Rider Punch and Rider Kick : The primary killer moves in the entire series were the Rider Punch and Rider Kick which is charged with Kingstone Energy at the right fist and the right foot. After delivering either one or both moves to any monsters, they would be engulfed in flames before finally destroyed.
  
  Kamen Rider BLACK discovered his weakness when he was fighting a Crab monster. His Rider Punch had no effect on the monster due to its strong shell. To increase his capabilities, Kamen Rider BLACK trained himself to find a new killer move to destroy the monster. While training, he discovered a new Rider Punch which was more effective and more deadly.
  
  These stronger variations of Rider Punch & Rider Kick gave out stronger force of light and were more blinding. The difference between the new and the old moves were that the new ones required Kamen Rider BLACK to touch his knees before hitting his enemies.
• Rider Chop : This move was very rarely executed and did not have enough power to destroy a monster.
• Multi-Eye : His eyes would glow and the functions were to see monsters' movements in the dark and to detect their weaknesses.
• Sensoring Ears : The triangular structures on both sides of his head would glow purple and the function was to hear voices and sounds from far away.
• Rider Sensor : Kamen Rider BLACK's antennas would move to detect monsters which were moving too fast to be seen.
• Power Stripes : His Yellow-Red-Yellow bands on his neck and wrists would glow to repel any monsters' sticky fluids or goo on his body.
• Kingstone Flash : Perhaps the most powerful technique. By shouting out "Kingstone Flash", Kamen Rider BLACK could fire a burst of energy from his belt. It worked every time to fend off the villains.

Amaki

Kamen Rider Amaki (Heavenly Demon Masked Rider Amaki) is a character in the 2009 Kamen Rider Series, Kamen Rider Decade. Amaki appears in the World of Hibiki, but was not present in Kamen Rider Hibiki as Kamen Rider Amaki.

Akira

Akira is Ibuki's apprentice and his Ongekidō: Ibuki Style as one of his best students. During Gyuki's rampage, she transforms into Amaki and fights alongside Todoroki in order to save their friend Asumu, all without Ibuki's permission. Braving his displeasure later, she and Todoroki convince Ibuki and Zanki that combining the three schools would be the best thing for the future of Ongekidō.

With Tsukasa's help, they convince their masters, and she is promoted from apprentice to teacher. However, she later ends up in the World of the Rider War with Asumu and Todoroki before being killed off by Saga. She is then seen along with Todoroki and Asumu in Kamen Rider Decade: Final Chapter, after Kiva-la destroys Decade and his sacrifice revives all the lost. In Decade, Amaki resembles Ibuki, except for being shorter with lighter blue coloring. In the S.I.C toy line, Amaki ("Transformed Akira") has silver instead of gold armor and accessories.

• In this form, Amaki is a blue Oni. To assume this form, Akira blows into her whistle and air gathers around her like a tornado, causing her body to transform into that of an Oni. Amaki also gains a second "oni face" which is a crest that forms on her forehead.

• Transformation Whistle : Onteki (Sound Whistle) : by using special sound waves. She blows into the whistle and places it in front of her forehead forming an Oni face as a whirlwind covers her as she transforms.
• Ongekikan : Reppu (Sound Attack Tube : Gale) : usually used in its "gun mode" it fires Oniishi which shells out a heavy amount of damage to the enemy.
• Ongekimei : Narukaze (Sound Attack Echo : Crying Wind) and a mouthpiece that completes Reppu's "trumpet mode" to perform the:
  • Ongekisha : Shippu Issen (Sound Attack Shoot: Gale Flash), the Oniishi are then ignited by Sound of Purification through the Reppū as Amaki inhales deeply then begins blowing through the trumpet. The waves of wind and sound engulf the large Makamou, reacting to the tracking shots fired by Amaki before the initial attack. Finally the trumpet creates a large wave which destroys the Makamou.

Kamen Rider Ibuki or known as Ibuki is one of the resident Kamen Riders of the World of Hibiki in Kamen Rider Decade. He has the ability to transform into Kamen Rider Ibuki who is master of the trumpet-based Ongekidō Ibuki Style, running the Ibuki Lesson Studio. He and his entirely female student body wear uwagi with hakama; Ibuki has kataginu on top of the uwagi. After listening to Akira's reasoning and Tsukasa's advice, he discards his rivalry with Zanki (A.R. World) and steps down as teacher in favor of Akira. He later fights without his "mask" against the Bakegani, wielding a trombone version of the Ongekidan Reppu.

• In this Oni form, Ibuki is a blue demon. This is Ibuki's basic and only form, despite being a member of the head family, Ibuki does not have a second form.
• To become this form, Ibuki blows into his whistle and air gathers around him like a tornado, causing his body to transform into that of an Oni.
• Ibuki also gains a second "oni face" which is a crest that forms on his forehead. Unlike most Kamen Riders, Ibuki does not wear a suit, rather his demon form is his true form.

Equipment

  • Henshin Onibue : Onteki : The Henshin Onibue - Onteki (Transformation Demon Flute - Whistle Sound) gives Ibuki the ability to transform into an Oni, using special sound waves. He blows into the whistle and places it in front of his forehead forming an Oni face. He swishes his arm around summoning a whirlwind around while he transforms.
  • Disk Animals :In addition, the Onteki can also playback the sound data collected by the Disk Animals.
  • Ongekimei : Narukaze : The Ongekimei : Narukaze (Sound Attack Echo - Crying Wind): Ibuki attaches this to the front of his trumpet after attaching the mouth piece. It forms a horn for the trumpet to use for his Ongeki Sha Shippū Issen.
• Weapons:
  • Ongekikan : Reppū (Sound Attack Tube - Gale) : The Ongekikan Reppū is Ibuki's Ongeki Weapon. Usually used in its "gun mode" it fires Oniishi which shells out a heavy amount of damage to the enemy. For his finisher, Ibuki fires charged Oniishi into the Makamou, the Ongekimei Narukaze along with the mouthpiece completes its "trumpet mode", the Oniishi are then ignited by Sound of Purification through the Reppū.

• Through the Kamen Ride and Form Ride cards, Kamen Rider Diend can summon any of the previous primary nine Heisei Era Kamen Riders and their forms, with the exception of their power.

Style

• Attacks:
  • Kitōjutsu : Senpūjin (Demon Fighting Technique : Whirlwind Blade) : Ibuki charges himself with power, and adds wind power to his punches, chops, and kicks. He is able to defeat various air type Makamou easily with this attack.
  • Kitōjutsu : Onizume (Demon Fighting Technique : Demon Claw) : Forms claws from his hands to stab and slash at Makamou. These claws are nearly unbreakable, thus making them one of Ibuki's most useful weapons.
• Ongeki Finishers:
  • Ongeki Sha : Shippū Issen (Sound Attack Shoot : Gale Flash) : Ibuki inhales deeply then begins blowing through the trumpet. The waves of wind and sound engulf the large Makamou, reacting to the tracking shots fired by Ibuki before the initial attack. Finally the trumpet creates a large wave which destroys the Makamou.
