- Wataru / Kamen Rider Kiva : Is a twelve-year-old half-Fangire boy, having the ability to transform into Kamen Rider Kiva with the aid of Kivat-bat the 3rd. Referred to as the Prince by his servants, Wataru is reluctant to claim the title of King of the Fangires. He finds the overseeing of the ceasefire between humans and Fangires a very troublesome and unnerving task due to his fear of making friends and losing control over his Fangire impulses around them.
- Kivat-bat the 3rd / Third Generation Of Kivat-bat Family : Is the third generation of the Kivat-bat Family. He formed a partnership with Wataru to give him the power of Kiva, attaching to the Kivat Belt to allow his human partner to transform and use other abilities through the Fuestles.
- Demon Imperial Dragon Tatsulot / Small Golden Dragon / Goldy Wyvern : Allows Kiva to become Emperor Form. Tatsulot was resting inside the ceiling of Castle Doran until Wataru's rage from the harm coming to Mio awakens him. After his initial appearance, Tatsulot would go on to live in Wataru's house. Sometimes appearing without being summoned by the Tatsulot Fuestle.
- Jiro / Garulu / Wolfen Race : Is the human form of the violent and impulsive Garulu, the last surviving member of the werewolf-like Wolfen Race that were decimated by Rook in one of his Time Plays. Like those of his kind, Garulu has heightened senses and uses his claws to rip out human souls from their bodies before eating them.
- Ramon / Basshaa / Merman Race : Is the human form of the cheerful Basshaa, the 127-year old survivor of the gill-man-like Merman Race. He has a cool yet childish attitude and is able to assume his true form by spinning then snapping his fingers. He can shoot pressurized water bubbles from his mouth and his pupils turn into cross-hairs to increase his aim.
- Riki / Dogga / Franken Race : Is the human form of the silent Dogga, the last surviving member of the Frankenstein's monster-like Franken Race. He has unbeatable strength and feeds by grabbing a person and draining the soul out in the form of electrical discharges.

- Beetle Fangire / Hizukehenkōsen / Attonement of the Garden Divided : The International Dateline, is the previous King of the Fangire Race and a member of Insect Class Tribe. He was exiled for loving a human woman who gave birth to his half-breed successor, Wataru. Seeing the coexistence and peace between the two races as nothing more than a farce for his son's sake.
- Swallowtail Fangire : A Fangire with the title of Bishop, his task is to oversee the progress of all Fangires and their moral conduct, deeming those who are traitors to their king's laws. When the Beetle Fangire regains his title, the Swallowtail Fangire aides his master until he is shattered by Decade's Dimension Slash.
- Lion Fangire : A Fangire with the title of Rook, he is chasing after a renegade Fangire when Tsukasa interferes and destroys him with the Ride Booker's Decade Slash.
- Ryo Itoya / Spider Fangire : Is a strange young man who is in actuality the Spider Fangire. He is the first Fangire that Tsukasa and Natsumi encounter, and reveals to them the truce that exists between Humans and Fangires while posing for a photo in the Hikari Studio.

- Just like the original Kamen Rider Kiva had various forms into which he could change into for different powers and specialties, the Kiva appearing in Decade has this same ability. The forms Wataru has transformed into are Kiva Form, Garulu Form, Basshaa Form, Dogga Form. Kamen Rider Decade's Final Form Ride allows Kiva to change into the Kiva Arrow.
